Incentivarse

Our Services

The world is undergoing a great transformation. In tourism, as our work is supported by an infinite chain of collaborators from different cultures, all with different needs and realities, we strive to understand the complex sustainability challenges.

Education is what anchors us. We work to cooperate in moving consciousness and the way of perceiving the world in positive ways. While an entertainment activity does not modify the structure of values or social functioning, escapism allows for a temporary respite from the various roles an individual may shoulder.  And through an educational activity she or he may access new standards that eventually guide her or him towards a position of less  self-demand and an overall greater reality. We believe that the greatest source is within us and Incentivarse events are meant to help you connect with those inner values.

About Us

In 2006 we, Incentivarse, have opened our doors in Argentina. Specializing in high-end experiences, particularly in Patagonia, as a Destination Management Company (DMC), our expertise shines, be it in projects of small groups of 20 participants or larger ones accommodating 250 guests. Known for our impeccable logistics in adventure programs, we have efficiently supported great European brands in their 7 to 10 days events. Founder Andrea Eberle’s vision has evolved leading transformative trips through ‘Viajes Con Espiritu’ that embrace slow travel and position well-being as a must, not an add-on. Today, with 30+ years’ experience in tourism, we’ve reemerged to serve the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) market with proposals that include “resilience, leadership and yoga philosophy ” as the ultimate step.

“We intend to be the bridge for present generations to travel consciously and with purpose”

Mission and Values

With ethics and collaboration at the core of our values, we strive to contribute to world peace by offering programs that deepen people’s understanding. By bringing them closer to a new and concrete human reality, we help them demystify the fear of separation and move away from effort and suffering as pre-destined mandates

Our ultimate goal is to use human encounters as catalysts for empathy. By doing so, we aim to foster a greater sense of a global community, in turn promoting lasting peace around the world through co-creative cooperation.

Sustainability and Responsible Travel

As a company, we create programs that ensure we are actively working to support, humbly, at least a few of the 17 goals proposed by UNWTO for more sustainable and resilient tourism.
